"Received a damaged item that feels low-quality"
The product showed up broken, and since it’s customized, they don’t allow returns or exchanges. The quality is poor, and the customer service is just terrible.

"Discovered Our Ideal Set!!"

"Happy Face"
I really enjoyed the whole experience. From crafting it to when it arrived at my doorstep, everything was great. The cost was reasonable too, especially since I got two items and they showed up pretty quickly!!! One thing I was curious about is whether you could add a small label section (like hearts, angel wings, crosses, etc.). I created a happy face for my daughter who passed away, but it ended up looking like little dots, LOL! Thanks a lot, and may God bless you!!!
P.S. Is resizing easy? I made this one a tad too large. I picked 9, but I’d prefer it smaller.
